There’s a store in the underground mall (The Cube) at Kyoto station called “shop in” that has Amuse and maybe Etude too.
[This LOFT store](https://maps.app.goo.gl/NixbfBjpxRmRKuvQ6?g_st=ic) is big and should have everything you need. Definitely Etude and I think Amuse!
Bear in mind that these are both Korean brands so while they are available, not all of the brand’s products will be there!

Those two brands are really popular and stocked in a lot of stores at the moment. Any branch of Loft, Tokyu Hands, Plaza, Ainz &Tulpe, Shop in, or Cos:mura should have them.
