Hi. I'm a physics graduate living in Syria and I'm trying to apply to a scholarship for a Masters program in physics but the only one I found is MEXT and the application window is over. Are there any other scholarships available other than MEXT that I can apply to without waiting until next year? Even if there is an option that requires paying for my travel expenses and studying Japanese before I apply while I'm there, there's no a problem.
Please tell me about all the options I have so I don't have to wait until next year.
