Tokyo Startups – Where art thou?

I've previously searched for information on this topic, but most of the posts I found were either outdated or not quite relevant. I'm looking to discover where the Tokyo startup communities are active online. I'm aware of some physical spaces like Shibuya Startup, but I'm not currently interested in launching my own startup. Instead, I'd like to get involved, make connections, and start working in this field. I'm particularly interested in attending meetups and events, but it feels like I'm not finding the right ones.

for some form of context my current industry skill set is graphic design, branding and packaging if that helps. Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
