I really enjoy small markets – with local food, crafty and artisan things.
I'd love to go to Takayama to visit Miyagawa Morning Market but its out of the way for our trip in November. what are some other cute markets around the road from tokyo to kyoto, in smaller towns. im willing to stay in a smaller town if they have something nice 🙂
Not talking about large touristy markets like nishiki and tsukiji etc.
