I'll be in Kyoto on 31st of December and I'm wondering what to do at midnight. What events are hold in town ? I tried googling but I've found only events in Kobe or Osaka (mainly fireworks, hotel events, and cruises). Should I consider to move to one of these city ? I would prefer stay in kyoto, but I need some ideas on how to spend time there
