In my homecountry, payment in the hospitality industry is the absolut worst of any job you could think off. It is so bad that after corona a lot of employees found out that other jobs are way less stressful while paying so much more, and the hospitality industry is strugling with finding employees. But my country is not exactly known for its superb hospitality.
How is this in Japan? As Japan holds hospitality, and specifically cooking in high regards, I was wondering how the salary in hospitality industry holds up compared to other types of jobs and job industries in japan.
