24. You can tell if salmon is farmed by how thick the white lines are (fat striations) between the muscles, wild caught salmon fat striations are very thin to pretty much non-existant…it’s looking pretty thick 😫

27. I do this often. I’m going to an ayce sushi place tonight. And just so people know, it’s not a buffet, you order your food and the kitchen makes it and brings it out. Just like a regular restaurant, except you can order as much as you want.
