I'm learning Japanese but I'd like to find content that's engaging to me with someone who speaks a good amount clearly in Japanese. I'd love if you could reccomend me some Retro gaming youtubers that may be somewhat style equivalent to Scott the woz or retro dodo. Thanks!

Well… not necessarily what you’re looking about (ie might not really be clear), but https://www.youtube.com/@yukkuriretrochannel
I find just searching for whatever you want, but searching in Japanese ビンテージビデオゲーム(or whatever language) opens up a whole other youtube…
I havent found any japanese gaming youtubers that caught my interest yet, but I like watching Sushiramen (small scale mr beast, but *way* more entertaining) and Japanese Food Craftsman, they might not exactly be your interests but theyre still good listening practice 🙂

Well… If you are ok with anime, there’s always vtubers. There’s more than a fair share of EN speakers in the sphere that speak japanese and on occasion collab with JP content creators.
I’ll forever recommend Hanae Natsuki (tanjiro’s voice actor). I binged all his playlist, he normally plays with his voice actor friends and it’s super fun. Personal favorites are the minecraft playlist and the animal crossing playlist.
Not a Youtuber, but it sounds like this meets your requirements. Game Center CX is a TV show with an official Youtube channel. A comedian plays retro games. For example, here is Contra.

Not gaming, but if you like diving &/or food https://youtube.com/@masaru.9268?si=08WIx-NH2eU8E1Uq is great
Not gaming content, but Dogen is one of my favorites. He is American and does his videos in full Japanese, lots of short comedy videos using good, easily understood Japanese. He’s kind of the foreign expert on pitch accent too which is cool. [Check him out!](https://youtu.be/kuKpZAvafOA?si=djDcMUxNBc3QqcHm)
Also if you like his stuff, I also really enjoy Kaname Naito
