A two-person feast that took us three hours to complete.

There was one roll leftover, and I know sushi isn’t meant to be stored, but wrapping it in wet paper towel and in the fridge worked extremely well.

Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t have my favorite escolar (fatty white tuna) so we’re gonna feast again next week somewhere else!
