looking for an English speaking barber or hair dresser who can cut white men’s hair. preferably between Onna village and Chatan areas. my husband has LONG, thin hair, and is worried that a Japanese barber will only use the thinning shears like they do on Asian hair. he is just wanting his hair cut to shoulder length. we are not military, and don’t have anyone on the island who could get us on base. he doesn’t want me to do it lol. tia!
