So my situation is a little weird. I'm a US citizen of Indian origin studying CIE A-levels in India. I am expecting an overall B-grade (results come 2 days after I am posting this). I have been studying japanese, and passed JLPT N5 on my second attempt (on my first attempt I did the great stupidity of writing a question's answer in the area for the next question's answer in one of the sections). I'm currently studying for N4 and have submitted my application to give it coming July. Are there any good colleges for engineering that teach Electionics (and ideally communications) engineering in english? I wish to start by April 2025 and want to give any entrance exams without having to go to Japan. The reason I ask for Japan although the abundance of great Indian engineering colleges is because my unconventional board puts me at a severe disadvantage for Indian entrance exams. I don't think I need a scholarship, looking at the cost of tuition for most universities, but it would be great to have a private one (I'm ineligible for any government scholarships without having to travel to the US because my country of residence is different from my citizenship). Please let me know if you know about any.
