I am looking into the student visa for April’s intake.
I’m inquiring at a few schools and some schools are requesting all original documents, including bank statements -which is fine and all, but I am not sure what they mean by “original” bank statements – do they mean the bank statements mailed by the bank?
I have paperless statements, and all I do is print them out when it needs to be furnished. Is this also acceptable?
Can anyone with experience tell me what I should send in or expect?

My school required Account Transaction Details for the past 12 months, which is just your monthly statements that you can generate online and print yourself. They also required a Bank Balance Statement which is a separate document directly from the bank to certify the amount of funds in your account(s). Just inform the school you’re applying to that the online account statements are the same as what you’d get if requested from the bank yourself.
I know you mentioned that you’re still just inquiring, but hopefully you’re aware that you should only apply to just one school.
