Can I Visit Japan for Two Months While My Certificate of Eligibility Is Being Processed?

I come from Italy and I'm married to a Japanese woman. I just returned from a three-month tourist visa stay and now I want to go back in July.

To recap my travel dates:

• 15 February – 15 May 2024
• 12 August – 26 August 2023

Do you think I can go to Japan for around two months from the 16th of June while my Certificate of Eligibility is being processed?
