I am looking to move to Japan and work through the HSP track to PR. I was going to apply for large Japanese companies and try to stick it out for that time.
I've been running my own software development agency for the last 5 years, and was wondering if I could instead start a business in Japan and move my clients over to that business. From what I found you are only required to bring a few £1000 in capital each year or 25k in capital for a startup or investor visa, and there doesn't seem to be much requirement to be a grossly sucessful business over that time.
What would the track to PR be, would I be required to run the business for 10 years before applying?
