Lost property on the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line)

Hey all, I’ve scoured the internet and it’s proving difficult to locate a tram office that may have information on property lost on the Tokyo Sakura Tram running on the Toden Arakawa line. I’m wanting to see if anyone has turned it in.

Toei’s official website says to “inquire at any office of Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line).” However they don’t show up on any map, other than the memorial in Arakawa-ku.

Any help would be appreciated. I’m currently living in Takadanobaba and lost it on the way to Sunshine City.
