Study abroad or find a job in japan early 30s?

Hi guys! I am not from US, i am immigrant from Vietnam! I moved to US 11 years ago with my family! I graduated university in US! I have a stable job in US but however i would like to try something new with my life by moving to another country! I would like to check on topic about studying abroad in japan!
I would like to search for one year Japanese program focus on studying Japanese language only! Also what is the cost of living between Tokyo and Osaka for one year? How to search for a job in japan? Do you have to speak Japanese to get a sponsor for job? I can speak English and Vietnamese, my Japanese only intermediate level! Is it crazy to move to another country and leave your stable job at your early 30s? I moved to US when i was 20 years old! I know many Japanese people prefer US too because of high salary compare to japan while japan has lower salary! I don’t know if my decision is good or bad! What is the pros and cons of living in japan compared to US? I only travel to japan before so all i see is the good side, not much of bad side.

Not sure if it’s crazy to move again to another country! Is one year enough to study a language? Please advise, thank you.
