I have a bachelor's and want to move to Japan. I wanted to break into IT but i don't have work experience. Most I have is business experience. I tried messaging recruiters but they seem to only want people with experience. I also got ghosted alot.
I'm from Canada anyone can give me advice? I really want to move to Japan and work in a non traditional company. I know there's these sites like tokyodev but they also seem just want experience.
Anyone have advice what I can do to move to Japan? I know breaking in is hard but what else can I do for someone to take a chance on me?
