I'm trying to get tickets to a concert at Suntory Hall in March, but the ticket reservation system requires creating an account. Because it's meant for locals and not foreigners, I'm getting all sorts of errors like "insert valid prefecture," "invalid phone number format," etc.
Should I leave a 000-0000-0000 phone number and a random prefecture with my U.S. address?
Should I use a hotel's phone number and address? (haven't decided a hotel for my trip yet)
Should I find a native to do it on my behalf?
Yes, these are required when filling out the form. No, there aren't any other ticket websites that have this concert. No, I will not wait to get to Japan before buying. No, I have not tried emailing the ticketing office yet.
