I need to send about 800 yen to someone requesting PayPay, but I don’t want to go through the bother of installing the app and I don’t believe you can charge the app from any random (Japan-issued) credit card.
Is there a service that will act as a gateway from Au (or dPoint) or allow you to transfer from a credit card without a PayPay account?
