I got 10.000 from quo card (that was a letter)
PayPay if you open the app and connect it with my number app, you get 20.000 points (20.000 en), I got 15.000 as the last 5.000 en I didn’t get it how to obtain it (is not only
Connect apps)
I did use the points with no issue at super markets and restaurants.
The quo card sadly I didn’t found any store that accept it .

Osaka is giving it out for every family in the prefecture.
Quo Pay is taken in so many places… conbinis, Bic Camera, etc. I’ve been using it at Japan/Sugi Drug.

As a friendly reminder, don’t forget PayPay doesn’t allow foreigners with non-kanji Japanese names to register and link bank accounts. Can’t speak to just topping up at a convenient store, but why support and use an app that doesn’t acknowledge your existence???🤔
