So I (should but avoid) use this sound a lot for work. Every time it comes up people very kindly reassure me that I'm saying it like an absolute beta.
I'll be speaking then when I approach words like 筋力 or 両 I look like I'm trying to push out a poo with my mouth.
Any tips would be fantastic.
