Shop that sells scarves near Nishiki market?

Hi, I visited Kyoto in 2018 and went to a shop near Nishiki market that sold very beautiful scarves — not hugely expensive by American standards (for less than $100 US at the time) and made of cotton or other materials with beautiful prints. It was a medium-sized shop that I think sold things in addition to scarves, but it wasn't a stall in the market and it wasn't a big department store.

I recall walking from Chion-on temple across the river towards Nishiki market, and finding this shop on the right side of the street as I walked across the river. I can't find a record of my purchase on my credit card statements, so I wondered: Does this ring a bell? I have an idea that the shop had been in business for a very, very long time. I bought a gift there for someone and she loves it so much she wants to visit the store when she goes to Japan this week.

Thank you!
