I am a full time employee.
I have filed my resignation letter and gave my company a 30 days notice.
I usually get my salary on the 25th of each month however my last day of work is July 15th.
A. How is the calculation done in this case?
I was told by my company that it follows this formula:
July salary = (regular month salary / number of working days in July) * number of worked days
July salary = (300k / 22)*11 = 150.000JPY
I don't trust them since they have been trying to trick me for so many times in the past. Is it true or should they pay me for the whole month?
B. I usually get my bonuses in July and December. Am I eligible to get July's regardless of my resignation?
Nothing is said in my contract about both item.
I appreciate if you have the source of your answers I couldn't find this info on Google.
