Hi. I will be moving to Osaka sometime in April 2024. Do you have any tips on how I can find reasonably-priced apartments in Osaka? My non-negotiables are the following:
1. Within 5 km from Osaka Station (since I prefer to walk to the office);
2. Semi-furnished (refrigerator, washing machine, study table, and decent space for a kitchen);
3. Near a grocery store; and
4. Allows guests to stay over for a couple of days.
I am a single-person household and I am hoping to pay around JPY 50,000- JPY 60,000 for rent and utilities. I am contented to live in a relatively low-key neighborhood away from nightlife and major tourist spots as long as #1-4 are met.
