It was my first time having Otoro during my recent trip to Japan. This was in the Tsukiji outer market and damn was it amazing. Had to order another serving as soon as I downed these.
I’m a huge fan of sushi/sashimi but unfortunately where I’m from we don’t usually get much variety aside from the standard tuna and salmon.
