Japanese Credit Cards for traveling abroad !

In a few months I plan on traveling with my partner to Brazil, Peru, and Bolivia for about a month. I was doing research for Brazil, and turns out that Rio De Jainero accept more card than they do cash. Which was kind of shocking. This Isn’t my number one problem but if I end up not wanting to use cash or exchange a certain amount to Brazilian R$, it would be a good option to use card. Also, apart from that, I wanted to buy my plane tickets with the new credit card I decide on with an agency from my home country (not buying in yen).

All in all, I’ve been looking into credits cards here that have low transaction fee and is widely accepted in many countries. (Even while paying online in a different currency, for example my plane tickets)

since I do plan to be traveling a whole lot more, I came to ask for opinions on what you think the best credit cards are for this !

I don’t think that I’d be traveling super frequently so any cards that are for people who travel for business every other day wouldn’t be the best option for me. Just a mid 20s person who just wanna travel when they can for holidays!
