Anyone knows what happened with Chiyoda line today. It was stalled before almost every station in evening return hours. The station attendants kept inspecting the lines often before resuming . Train kept showing "Security check" in their reason for delay
The train I was on towards Abiko/Toride terminated at Ayase. And a few more as well at the same time. Waiting & crowding was expectedly bit higher. And saw uniforned JR & cops – about a dozen or half? Was there some bomb threat or security scare?
