Application for Working Holiday Visa says I need a Guarantor or Reference in Japan. What if I don’t have one?

Hey all. I'm an Australian applying for a working holiday visa to Japan. There was a part of the application I'm still uncertain about.

On the application form it says to 'provide details of the guarantor or the person to be visited in Japan.'

Can I include the contact details of the accommodation I'm staying at (hotel,hostel) or do I need an actual person as a reference?

What do I do If I don't know anyone who can act as my reference?
