Where to get a good haircut in Kyoto?

As the title says, my hair is getting too long. Any recommendations on a actual good hair cut place? I know Japan is expensive when it comes to haircuts so I don’t wanna spend more that like 6,000 yen. I have wavey hair, and I would like someone who is good with men’s hair
