Advice on Choosing Uni to apply

Hello I am a highschool graduate from Myanmar and am planning to study engineering in english or bilingual program in Japan next year. And i also plan to work in Japan after graduation.I will take EJU exam in this november.(Maths 2,Physics,Chem in English.I’m not taking JFL).I have passed JLPT n4.
My grades during highschool for science subjects are really good (around 90-95 average). But I dont really have any impressive extracurricular activities.
So there are some uni i have searched.
1.Kyoto IUP program (Kyoto Uni)-4.5 years long bilingual program. As you know it is really competitive program.Do you think i have a chance without any e.c and if i scored high in EJU?
2.Kyushu University’s International undergraduate program-4 year long English program.Again do they look for e.c?
3.Shimane University(Public University)-Bilingual Program. This one ranks fairly low.So i want to know how is student life at shimane and job opportunities after graduation.I think i can get into this university
4.Kyoto University Of Advanced Science-This one is private and tuition fees are expensive. Is there anyone who has attended this university(English Program)?.If so,I want to know if this degree is well regarded in Japan.

Which of those uni should i apply?
