Advice !? Tax related a Canadian expat in Japan

Hey everyone, living in Japan since 2018 and per family advice, since I’ve been working in Japan (eikaiwa and teacher) I have been declaring and reporting my income in Japan to Canada ! My dad’s accountant has been the one to sort of do that stuff. All I would do is send a copy of my gensen chusho hyo every year with English translations! My dad just texted me a letter he received from the CRA! The letter said that they want to make sure “they assessed my claims correctly and wanted more information “ and then there’s just a list of all these documents they want.

Foreign income and final tax liability, tax obligations, canadian forms etc

And it’s really throwing me into a state of panic because wth is all of this ? My dad said he’ll go speak to our accountant. But I was wondering if anyone else went through the same. I really just need to know if what they want I can find rapidly in Japan !? And also this canadian forms (such as t4) does it even apply ? Since I work for a Japanese company in Japan !? I haven’t worked for any Canadian company since I’ve moved ! A lot of friends have told me to go speak to my accountant so that’s step one in progress. I’m really hoping they help fix this situation?
But how does one just not worry and be afraid !? I have terrible anxiety and overthink. I can’t do a lot these things because I have 0 clue on taxes etc

Lol I don’t own money from the sounds of the letter they just want a few things to know that they(CRA)did their job correctly !

Appreciate the comments and replies !
