how do i book taxi’s if i want to stay out late Ishigaki

I'm planning out my upcoming trip to Ishigaki and was planning to spend one of my days out late in the city. i realized i have no idea how to get back to my resort (Club Med) is there an app or can i ask a restaurant to book one for me?
