I will move to Tokyo in July to study Japanese
I found a private apartment for 120,000 yen with bills included, through an agency that collaborates with gogonihon who follows my case
furnished apartment, there are no security deposits or taxes, and the site it is renowned so I'm sure about it, the house is located 10m from a station, and I would stay 30m from school
I wanted to ask your opinion, what do you think I should take this house? because on gaijin pot/realestate.com I have also seen private apartments closest to my school around 70,000 80,000 yen, but I would have to take care of the paperwork myself, and I read that sometimes on gaijin pot the prices are not really real, but they add taxes at the time of the contract
Update:apparently, the house I saw won't be available before September, F, the more the days go by the more anxious I get about not being able to find an apartment, I would have preferred a private apartment, but at reasonable prices that aren't 200,000 300,000 yen seems impossible, and those at 100,000 yen are all 1 hour from my school, doing the math I would spend something like $300 on train tickets per month
now I was considering share houses, however I'm still looking for private apartments, so, I was wondering, do you know any reliable sites where a foreign student can rent a furnished apartment safely?
