How to report harassment in Japan

Hi everyone, just wondering something. I was kind of online dating a Japanese guy at the start of 2024, but when he started getting really intense around 3 months ago I stopped replying to him and told him I didn’t want to talk to him anymore. He then continued to send me (semi friendly) messages most days until I sternly said that he was making me uncomfortable, and that I didn’t want him to talk to me anymore, and then I blocked him. About two weeks ago he made an account under a fake name and sent me “fuck you” I thought it was weird, blocked the account and moved on. I have just moved to Japan this week and he was aware of the move date because of when we used to talk before. Since he’s aware I have moved he’s now made 5 instagram accounts (I have been reporting them to instagram so they keep getting taken down) and has been sending me harassing messages, as well as two emails. He is aware of my previous home in my original country and has tagged the general area on one of those accounts, as well as posting pictures of me, and following accounts to do with my workplace, and referencing the company on these accounts. He is aware of the company I work for but not my exact location. He has not yet sent me any direct threats, but he did post the dove emoji (which is usually associated with death I supposed?) along with my company name. If I reported this, would anything happen? How should I react to this? He doesn’t have any blackmail on me apart from that he knows my general area where my family lives. I am so so annoyed and worried about this, I have been in Japan for two days, and I already want to go home. I’m really not sure what to do, any advice is appreciated.

Update: I have let my company know of the harassment and that he is naming them directly when sending me these messages.
