This may be a long shot, but I am an African American studying abroad in Osaka right now. I would like to get my hair rebraided back into cornrows but as you can probably imagine, finding someone who can do that isn’t easy. So, anyone know of a person/place I can go to? I’m willing to go pretty far and I can also access the military bases theoretically if that helps. Thanks 🙂
