Allergy / Histamine intolerance : what did you eat in Japan ???

I can't eat seafood, shellfish, soy sauce, anything fermented or I get severe asthma attacks. Does anyone have these problems and went to Japan anyway? Tell me, I'm curious. What did you eat ?
