Hello Everyone,
As the title said, i am looking for a good/solid workout and adaptable bench .
I am a beginner working in home (although worked in the gym before), price is 3 times higher from one to another and i have ZERO idea why and how .
I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and plan to lift light weight dumbbel (5kg)
My room, like any japanese appartement is far from big so Something that folds and stores easily is ideal

It’s bigger than I thought but foldable. Quality seems okay. It has good ratings and was not too expensive. That’s why I chose it.
I don’t like that there’s no mechanism to keep it folded. That makes transport and storing a bit more difficult.
Maybe I’ll need to find a way to tweak that.
If you don’t mind used goods, you’d be surprised at what workout goods you can find in recycle shops and how cheap they can be. Years ago i got a decent adjustable decline bench for like 1500 yen. Used it without problem for about 4 or 5 years and gave it to a friend when I moved cause i needed to make space.

Depending where you are, there are free give and take facebook groups online for people coming/going who either need things or need to get rid of them.
