Is it normal to be sweating and feeling a lil sticky

I'm not excessively sweating to the point that my tshirt is drenched, it's rather my back is a lil wet and maybe my legs feel a bit sweaty.

But are locals feeling hot/sweaty in the current weather these days? I feel like I can currently be out for a couple of hours and then I'll have to go back home and freshen up which is annoying.
