So I met this very gentle cat today.
He can barely breathe, is skin and bones, and is one of the nicest cats I’ve met in japan. But it’s pretty clear he’s sick. He’s got all sorts of stuff coming out of his mouth and nose. Are there any groups that help abandoned pets in north Saitama?
