Help with our family itinerary with my senior mom

Hello! We will be going to Japan in early June for my mom's 70th birthday. Can you suggest places to go or help with my itinerary? My mom loves temples, museums and any historical things. But she wants also places she thinks we enjoy so she said not to much temples so the younger ones can also enjoy other "fun" places. We can travel maybe an hour or so away from Tokyo so long as we don't have to take bullet trains cause it gets expensive. So far here's what I came up with:

Day 1 – Arrival to Tokyo at 12noon. Walk around Shibuya/Shinjuku and early rest

Day 2 – Kamakura day trip OR Tokyo Museum, Imperial Palace, and Sensoji temple? Which do you think is less exhausting but also enjoyable for my mom?

Day 3 – Harry Potter studio, Odaiba for my nephews. Are there still Gundam shows/performance? Is it better to watch them in the afternoon close to night time for the 'light show'?

Day 4 – DisneySea

Day 5 – Explore Ginza/Harajuku area, maybe Sensoji temple and walk around Akihabara

Day 6 – Last day must leave for the airport at 5pm so we are just planning to explore Shibuya more for food finds

Thanks so much and would really appreciate your help/feedback on this! Take care everyone!
