I’m most confident in my listening/speaking so it’s definitely taking a back seat to my intensive kanji review. I’m still worried though that if I don’t do *something* I’m going to end up unprepared. How are you reviewing? I’m able to watch the news and most shows without any difficulty, but if there’s some kind of more academic material (podcasts, video series, etc.) geared towards the specific style of speech on the test, that’d be worth looking into.

I’m not doing anything specific, I listened to a practice listening test over a year ago and it seemed really easy already.. so I figure just doing the normal amount of listening I do is enough.
(But maybe you should ask people who actually passed it instead of asking people who are going to take it)
I’ve got some n1 listening workbooks I go through from time to time, but otherwise I just watch youtube (mostly a lot of book reviews or news related stuff) or something on netflix. I’ve been scoring aggressively fine (75-100%) on the listening workbooks so I figured I’d just keep getting input in normally.
