Where can I get a cheap overcoat in the Tokyo area?

I want to try out wearing that type of clothing but I don’t want to break the bank. Does anyone know if there’s any cheap overcoats I can find? I’m headed to the BOOKOFF in Saitama so I’m hoping I can find one there while I thrift
