Bike parts in tokyo

I used to use wiggle.com to buy my bike parts. I'm now in the market for new tyres. Any reccomendations on where to buy bike parts? I'm aware of buying direct from specialized/trek in ginza etc but want to get better value for money if possible. Thanks in advance
