I'm coming to Japan this summer with the goal of hiking up Mt Fuji but I think it would be a little more adventurous to attempt this 3-4 day hike from Fuji City. Unfortunately there's not a lot of info about it on the Internet. I'm curious if anyone's attempted it here, and if the path is mostly hiking alongside a road or if it's an actual trail through nature, and how worried I have to be about murder hornets and bears.
