Looking for guesthouses or other short term housing options in Osaka

I’ll be moving to Osaka soon for a 6 month work contract. Do people have any recommendations for guesthouses or other short term accommodation options. I don’t mind spending a bit more for added privacy, just don’t want to commit to a rental before I’ve even arrived.

I heard Apple house was good, but they are full.
