Hi guys. I just am now getting an American supervisor who is very straightforward. I used to get asian or Japanese and they are more easy for me to talk with as I don’t have any hesitation to ask (maybe coz I am asian too). But now my supervisor is kind but He is very let me go I mean I don’t have to go to the lab everyday and so on but Again he is so straightforward makes me feel uneasy somehow and afraid. Is it kinda a common thing? 🙁
