Question about Fuji Excursion Train and Luggage Transfer Service

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions about my upcoming trip to Japan and would really appreciate some help!

1. I have already booked a reservation for the Fuji Excursion train from Shinjuku Station to Kawaguchiko Station. Is there any specific machine I need to use to scan my QR reservation to claim my ticket?
2. If I reserved a return ticket for the Fuji Excursion train from Kawaguchiko to Shinjuku, can I claim my return ticket at Kawaguchiko Station, or do I need to pick it up at Shinjuku Station?
3. Can anyone recommend a luggage transfer service available at Shinjuku Station? We would like to send our luggage from Shinjuku Station to Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
