Shinkansen – Basic Question

I'm sure this is simple, but I seem to be missing something.

I am going from Tokyo to Kyoto on August 15 which is Obon, so I wanted to book in advance.

I really want the right side seats also to possibly see Mt. Fuji.

I am on the Smart Ex site, I choose Tokyo to Kyoto, but there seems to be a few options…

• Tokyo Dep. → Hiroshima Dest.
• Tokyo Dep. → Hakata Dest.
• Tokyo Dep. → Okayama Dest.
• Tokyo Dep. → Shin-Osaka Dest.

My guess would be that all of these make a stop in Kyoto where I can get off? Just looking for some confirmation. Thanks!
