So I just realized June is coming up which means city tax time. Currently my company gets billed and then taken out of my paycheck of course but I’m hoping to change jobs in the next few months.
Generally, do companies just take the remaining payments out of your final check? Or would I get a separate bill from the city?
I don’t want to ask HR (which is the owner) since I don’t want them knowing I’m looking for a new job
