So i have a « combo » type phone plan, where i pay for the sim card/phone plan and a supplement for the phone.
I would like to know if it’s possible to pay the rest of the phone (to totally own the phone, even if i change to another provider in the future) so i would have to pay for only the phone plan after?
How should i ask for that ? Is there a particular way or required document to ask for that ?
